Satisfaction Guarantee

All of my pepper mills except "Clearance or Close Out items" are sold with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisified with the quality or workmanship, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less merchant fees charged by the credit card processing company, shipping and handling).

Note return restriction below.

For health reasons, used or opened and handled pepper mills can not be returned. Pepper mills may be returned, if the sealed plastic bag protecting the pepper mill hasn't been opened.

Clearance and Closeout sales are final.

Before returning a Pepper Mill, email or call and get instructions. If you return a Pepper Mill without first calling, you will not get a refund.
